Bandung As The Resort City of Indonesia

Bandung is a capital city of West Java province. This city had been known as Paris Van Java before Indonesia declared its indepedence. As located in high land, Bandung has fresh and cooler air than most other Indonesian cities air that makes it becomes one of favourite cities to visit, especially at the weekend or the holiday. People living in Jakarta usually make Bandung as their weekend-break destination. Here are some charming places to come by and look around if you go to Bandung.

Lembang is the most famous and top place to visit. It is always crowded by people who either want to have a rest enjoying the view and the fresh air or just to taste the delicious food and drink that are served in Lembang. Sate kelinci , yoghurt, and susu murni are the most common food and drinks selled in Lembang. You can find them along the way to Lembang or in Lembang itself. If you would like to take a good view, just visit the toppest spots of Lembang. There are some georgeous places such as Gunung Tangkuban Perahu, Pemandian Maribaya, and Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda (Dago Pakar).

Another area you can visit is Dago. This place contains some beautiful and comfortable spots that are good to have relax. The most popular ones are Curug Dago, Dago Tea House, and Pluncut area. Besides, there are many cafetarias and restaurants that serve not only well-tasted food and drink but also good view (especially at night).Lembang and Dago are both located in Northern Bandung, meanwhile if you go southern, you can also find some resorts such as Kawasan Ranca Upas, Kawah Putih, Pemandian Air Panas Cimanggu and Perkebunan Teh Ranca Bali.
